Kyushu Tour Day 3

Fujifilm X-T4 + XF16mm f/1.4 R WR: 1/2000s, f/8, ISO800

Scanned Print…

On Day 3 we made it out to Nagasaki which meant visiting the peace park and atomic bomb museum. I had been to the Hiroshima one literally half a lifetime ago, so it was good to see the other one. Our tour group hired a photographer to take a group photo at the peace park. The scanner didn’t do the print justice, so apologies for the weird washed-out colors and crushed blacks.

After exploring the peace park and hearing about the meaning/symbolism behind the statues, fountains, and international gifts, we moved on to the museum. There aren’t many words for it. I’d wanna go again when I can go at my own pace and really read and absorb the history.
